Our Quality Promise

We take pride in every batch of Oolapa. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.


Quality Issues

If your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately—your choice.

This includes:

  • Product spoilage, mold, or unusual off-smell (beyond normal fermentation tang)
  • Broken seal or leaking jar
  • Wrong product or incorrect size delivered
  • Visible contamination or discoloration

First-Time Customers

New to traditionally fermented milk? We get it—the tang can be an acquired taste!

If it's not for you after your first order, contact us within 3 days of delivery for:

  • 50% refund, OR
  • Full store credit toward raw honey, a different fermentation stage, or future orders

Shipping Damage

Jar arrived broken or leaking? Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away at no charge.


How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the product/issue
  • Brief description of the concern
  • Your preference: refund or replacement?

We respond within 24 hours. Refunds are processed or replacements shipped within 2-3 business days.


Important Notes

Due to the perishable nature of our raw dairy products:

  • We cannot accept physical returns once a product has been opened
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframes
  • A photo of the product is required for all quality-related claims
  • Store credit cannot be refunded to your original payment method
