In the same spirit as our Mala, we source our honey from beekeepers who work in harmony with the land and the seasons. Just as the moon guides the fermentation of our milk, the sun fuels the blossoms that become this liquid gold.
Raw honey is a living product. It contains naturally occurring enzymes, local pollens, antioxidants, and antimicrobial compounds that heat and filtration destroy. We never micro-filter or flash-heat ours — which means what reaches you is exactly what the bees made. Nothing added. Nothing removed. Nothing compromised.
